It’s not ground zero, it’s groundbreakinG
I want to share a word today for the ones who have been in a season of trial.
For the ones who for months and years were committed to a pathed course that suddenly changed.
You were content, you were hopeful, even excited for the days and possibilities ahead when all at once it felt as though the rug was pulled out from underneath you.
I want to encourage you today that while it can be easy in seasons of displacement, loss and surprise to begin perpetually examining if the mark was missed, where the wrong turn was made and exactly how it got off track….
I sense the Lord’s direction for many in this hour, to not get distracted by endless processings of the mind but to discern the workings of His hand.
For, “it’s not ground zero, it’s groundbreaking!” declares the Lord.
The now empty slate of what was, has given way to what’s to come. The new thing. The one that is ceiling-less in nature. The one marked with destiny is breaking new ground.
Deuteronomy 11:14 says, “He will give the rain for your land in its season, the early and late rain, that you may gather in your grain and your new wine and your oil.”
It is during the months of March and April when the latter rains fall on the land of Israel and the crops are matured for a bountiful harvest.
This is that!
We are in a latter rain time in the earth, not only in the natural but in the Spirit.
It is the moment of new wine and of new oil being poured out, to satisfy in full what the last season never could. (Joel 2:19)
The shaking was needed to remove all influence of the status quo and to re-establish your trajectory toward that for which you were made.
Greater glory. Privileged access. Expanded territory. Kingdom provision.
What you thought was taken by the enemy as plunder, has made room for the sound of holy thunder.
Can you hear it?
Get ready for the latter rain!
